OVERVIEW

Expanding the tournament Scrabble community by reducing barriers to participation is an important priority for us. To encourage newcomers to give tournament Scrabble a try, we offer a 100% discount off the entry fee at a player’s first Scrabble tournament. To bring the world together playing a common lexicon, we also offer a 50% discount off the entry fee at a player’s first Collins tournament.

The funds to support these discounts come from the CoCo’s organizational budget, which means that each individual tournament’s prize pool remains fully funded. The many people who have donated to the CoCo make these efforts to grow our community possible.
